Teknoda annually enrichs its working team by hiring
junior professionals through a rigorous selection procedure
and training plan.
Our juniors start their career as interns/ trainees, and
are eventually incorporated into different service areas.
In order to achieve this, Teknoda has formal agreements
with the best universities throughout Argentina.
Selection procedure and programmers profile
After a strict pre-selection procedure conducted among
more than sixty (60) university graduates or advanced
students, we choose a reduced group of candidates
who enter the following selection stages. This first
selection process requires from each applicant excellent
academic records and certain key subjects (like object
orientation, programming) already finished and passed.
This reduced group takes part in an intensive training
plan, for approximately two (2) months, which
includes ABAP programming courses, JAVA curriculum,
basic and advanced, and several other training courses
on Client Server architecture, XML, frameworks, etc.
Once training is completed, the programmers take part
in internal development practices in order to apply
the acquired skills.
Finally, several assessment tests are carried out,
including the official certification examination. Teknoda
then hires the most outstanding candidates.
Resources offered to clients FREE of charge
In order to build junior programmers experience, we
are keenly focused in integrating these trainee resources
in real projects. Therefore, we offer to assign trainees
free of charge for a specified time to those clients
who may be interested,.
Even though these resources are already productive,
we provide coaching and support for trainees
with our own senior professionals, to avoid distracting
any client resources. When necessary we give junior
programmers additional training on technical aspects
that may be useful for clients purposes.
